I was raised by a single mother, but I had what I would label a good childhood. We had what we needed, and I never really got into trouble. It was not however, a Christ-centered house either. I had really no strong biblical influence in my life, but overall I was happy. I went to church with a friend in middle school, but had trouble really connecting or holding much interest in going. In High School, I was taken in my some very Godly boys and girls and was able to see something very different in them. Something that I found to be really intriguing and even weird sometimes. Over time they continued to love me and care about me in ways other "friends" never would. I was asked to go to church with them when I was about 16. I went a few weeks and realized that Christ was calling me, and that I needed him. I married Brista on May 18, 2009. She is an amazing woman and Christ continues to use her to teach me and mold me.

Hope for First Anna
My hope for us is that we would be a church that pours into those around us. That we would take seriously our call to live on mission, knowing that by just loving someone honestly, lives could be changed.
