We believe that membership is an incredibly important part of being at a church. By being deeply connected in a place and not just attending, we are able to fully use the gifts that God has given us. Why membership is important
Romans 12:4-5
First Anna believes church membership is an obedient step of the Christian faith. Because church membership is joining a Body of Christ, we believe becoming a member of a church requires:
- Confess Jesus as Lord
- Baptized as a public confession of His Lordship in your life (here or another Bible led church)
- Evidences of a Christian life
- Willingness to serve in the church
- Willingness to grow as a Christian
- Commitment to community
